Dentist and specialist members may take advantage of the IAO Product Review Program, which connects approved Orthodontic vendors and suppliers with practitioners worldwide. Vendors may apply to have orthodontic-related products reviewed by IAO Members. Products for review can include orthodontic supplies, equipment, software, and more. Once approved, the system will send an email blast to the IAO membership, requesting between 2-6 reviewers, as determined by the vendor. Please note that the Product Review Program works on a first come, first served basis.
Once a reviewer is approved, their contact information will be shared with the vendor. The vendor is responsible for setting up product delivery (if the product is not delivered, the reviewer cannot provide the review). The reviewer will receive an email with instructions on how to post a review, along with content guidelines, to our Forum. When the review is approved, it will be posted on the IAO Product Review Forum. All IAO Members will be able to access the review. They can ask general questions or direct them to the reviewer or vendor. The vendor representative will be identified and can respond to questions.
Please understand that the IAO will only review the content provided in the review for inappropriate language. However, the information shared within the review may not represent the opinions held by the association. Said opinions are solely those of the reviewer.
Any current IAO member is eligible to apply to review a specific product. IAO Members will receive an email when a new product is approved, with a link to apply. Vendors will determine if more than two reviewers (up to a maximum of 6) are needed for each approved product opportunity.
